These are some workbooks with exercises from the FutureLearn - Open University's MOOC (open online course) Learn to code for data analysis.
The software tool of choice is an open source, BSD-licensed library called Pandas.
Pandas provides high-performance, easy-to-use data structures and data analysis tools for the Python programming language:
